Return Process
- 1.Report the Issue
Contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect items.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization number along with the correct return address for your specific items.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items in their original packaging to prevent breakage during transit and include your order details inside the box.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a replacement shipment immediately.
