How long does delivery take?

We aim to get your beer to you as quickly as possible. Standard shipping typically takes 2-4 working days. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order leaves our brewery.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes, you can return non-perishable items like merchandise within 14 days. However, due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on beer unless the product is damaged or faulty.

What should I do if my beer arrives damaged?

If your cans or bottles are damaged during transit, please take a photo of the packaging and the damaged goods and contact our customer service team immediately for a replacement or refund.

Are your beers suitable for vegans?

Most of our core range, including Gamma Ray and Neck Oil, is vegan-friendly. We recommend checking the specific product description on our shop pages for any seasonal brews that may contain lactose.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the UK. We are working hard to bring Beavertown brews to our fans across the globe in the near future.

How should I store my beer?

To keep your beer tasting its best, we recommend storing it in a cool, dark place. For the ultimate drinking experience, pop them in the fridge and serve chilled.
